Carolyn Winslow, PhD


Carolyn Winslow received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in 2017. Her primary research interests are in understanding and improving employee well-being, with a focus on employee affect. She has also conducted research on a variety of organizational psychology topics, including diversity and inclusion, leadership, teams, job attitudes, and job performance. Her research has been published in top psychology journals, including the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology and Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior. At the Center, she contributes to a range of projects related to the promotion and maintenance of employee health and well-being.
