Jeremy Macdonald is the Head of Business Transformation for ISS North America. He harnesses experience and perspective from multiple disciplines including design, procurement, operations and maintenance, and sustainability. He has developed partnerships for large design and construction projects, as well as global services in the facilities industry. He leads teams for startup and renewal processes, including technology enablement, and also focuses on creating workplace-based experiences that leverage company values, culture and vision to maximize well-being, health and productivity. In addition to working in the private sector, Jeremy has served as the Board Secretary for the Open Stories Foundation.
Jeremy received his B.A. in Architecture from the College of Environmental Design at UC Berkeley and his MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. His professional certifications include: LEED AP (USGBC), Master of Corporate Real Estate (CoreNet) and Sustainability Facility Professional (IFMA).
