Bio/CV: 

Kevin Sauer is a senior workplace strategy professional with more than 20 years of global experience building high performing workplace strategy teams and programs in fortune 500 companies. Kevin’s passion and expertise lies in researching and understanding the impact of the changing nature of work through emerging and innovative technologies, people strategies, and the use of space.
Most recently he developed Amazon’s Workplace Intelligence program to gather and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to uncover new and emerging work patterns and practices, and their impact on the changing workplace. Kevin has held workplace strategy roles at GE, HP, and Microsoft. For the first ten years of his career, Kevin worked as a researcher at the Queen’s University Belfast UK School of Natural and Built Environment, and the University of Illinois Building Research Council; and as a designer at architectural firms in Colorado, Washington, and Frankfurt, Germany. Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder, a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from
the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His professional certifications include: Master of Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CoreNet Global), and Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci).
