Bio/CV: 

Gervais Tompkin has been working for Gensler for 25 years as a studio director, consulting practice area leader, global design leader, and management committee. During his time there, he made significant improvements to their technology and consulting practices. Some of his most notable projects included helping the FBI navigate the change from post-crime forensics to pre-crime intelligence, rethinking the passenger experience for SFO, creating an analytical methodology for Google to better support diverse business units with space design, and helping scores of companies better support their people and reduce their carbon footprint through virtual work programs.

Mr. Tompkin also started his own company two years ago which focuses on hybrid work for tech companies, such as Electrical Arts, Amazon, and Microsoft. He gave multitude of talks, including at Adobe, at SHRM Conference, and at European Workplace Strategy Conference.
