The Work Futures Initiative: making a better future a reality

The Work Futures Initiative, launched by UC Berkeley’s Interdisciplinary Center for Healthy Workplaces and Haas School of Business, brings together diverse voices to reimagine the future of work in a post-pandemic world. Through open, agenda-free discussions and cross-disciplinary collaboration, the Initiative seeks to understand how evolving work arrangements, technologies, and expectations shape worker well-being and organizational success. Its goal is to translate these insights into practical tools and frameworks that help employers, employees, and communities create a healthier, more resilient, and equitable world of work.
